Frisky Fall Challenge

I am going to participate in the Frisky Fall Challenge set up by Tone It Up girls, Karena and Katrina.

I have been following their weekly schedules since March 2012 and this year, I plan on committing to the 8 week challenge to get myself into the best shape I have ever been in so when I walk down the aisle to my beloved, Anthony, I will be confident, radiant, and beautiful.

Starting weight: 124 lbs.

My goals for this challenge:

1) Attend 1-2 yoga classes a week at YogaFlow

2) Commit to 100 miles by Halloween-with 5k runs on Sunday

3) Follow the weekly schedule

4) Focus on my posture, shoulders down and back, spine elongated.

5) Drink 62 ounces of water a day

6) Blog my workouts and what I eat daily to keep accountable!
